Durumkoring, ook bekend as harde koring, is 'n tipe koring wat 'n hoë proteïeninhoud en 'n harde, digte tekstuur het. Dit word hoofsaaklik gebruik om pasta, koeskoes en sommige brode te maak. Die woord "durum" kom van die Latynse woord "durum", wat "hard" beteken. Durumkoring staan ook bekend as Triticum durum of Triticum turgidum subsp. durum.
